L.vo del 03\/7\/2017 n. 117 tutte le <strong>Associazioni di Promozione Sociale<\/strong>, ONLUS, Enti Filantropici, Associazioni riconosciute e non riconosciute (cio\u00e8 con o senza la personalit\u00e0 giuridica) devono adeguare il proprio Statuto entro il 2 Agosto 2019.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Questa problematica potrebbe interessare le attuali associazioni sportive dilettantistiche che sono anche associazioni di promozione sociale e in tal caso dovranno valutare una scelta fiscal-tributarie tra i benefici\/vantaggi derivanti dal settore sportivo CONI o\u00a0derivanti dal Terzo Settore.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"m_-2397492854646797235yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1552485913904_34618\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chi fosse interessato a partecipare a un&#8217;eventuale convegno finalizzato a chiarire i nuovi risvolti delle predette variazioni statutarie potr\u00e0 mandare una mail a <a href=\"mailto:info@sportcinofili.it\">info@sportcinofili.it<\/a> per palesare\u00a0il proprio interesse all&#8217;argomento.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ai sensi del D.
